Company Description
We ,Knitting Well Enterprise Co. Ltd., are Recondition Knitting Machine Company since 1996 in Taiwan. We convert the mini jacquard into computerized knitting machine with our Japanese WAC DATA control system. We also export control systems(controller & actuator)for the complete automation of knitting machine. With our control system a variety of patterns on the fabric can be made.
The desired Graphical pattern can be created either using a patterning CAD/CAM software equipped with the machine or with image scanner. The CAD/CAM software is then post-processed the pattern in a format to the WAC controller. Based on the data received, the WAC controller controls the movements of each individual actuators installed on machine. The actuators controls the assembly of selector, needle jack and needle to form the desired pattern on the fabric.
Yarn Length Tester - During knitting machine running, you can check the yarn length discrepancy on the yarn length display. By means of observation of discrepancy, we can the quality of fabric.
